Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are made fresh. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship across Canada only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Most orders arrive within:
• 2–5 business days for major cities
• 3–10 business days for rural or remote areas
Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Perishable Product Notice
Our sea moss gel is a fresh, perishable product. To maintain quality:
• All gels are packaged in insulated wrapping and/or cold packs when needed.
• Please track your order and bring it indoors as soon as it arrives.
• We are not responsible for orders left outside for extended periods.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been shipped, any delays caused by the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, etc.) are outside of our control. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details. The Moss Pit is not responsible for:
• Failed deliveries
• Returned packages
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

Local Pickup (Optional)
Local pickup in Edmonton, AB is available. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
