Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our sea moss products, all sea moss and sea moss-based items are final sale and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns once these items have left our possession for health and safety reasons.

However, we always want you to be happy with your order.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us right away at Themossspitt@gmail.com if:

• Your jar arrived damaged or leaking
• You received the wrong item or flavour
• There is a quality issue with your order

Include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
